Thanks :-)

I developed it under Windows 7 RC and tested it under Vista and Windows 7. Glad you like it.

I am working on some other colour schemes now. Version 1.0 is pretty ugly.

another suggestion is the launch tab has all that black space over the top maybe that could be a navigation panel too?
is there a way you can make the nav go diagonally?

Hrmm, haven’t really thought about diagonally. I could probably send media centre two key presses in quick succession.

The latest development version throws you back to the main screen after you select an item on the launch tab.

Nice app, but it doesnt work for me, I’ve installed as per the instructions and I’m using windows 7 ultimate with windows firewall I have allowed the connection through windows firewall, the app is just “connecting” with no error or any other messages. What could i be doing wrong???

I’m getting exactly the same issue on Windows 7 Ultimate x64. All seems to be configured ok. Enabled via firewall but on my touch it seems to be just hanging with the message ‘Connecting…’

Hey guys,

It will just hang on connecting if there is some communication problem between the iPod / iPhone and the PC.

Do any other remote control apps on the app store work for you?

Try switching off the Windows 7 firewall and see if that helps. If it does you might need to add the Remote Kitten server to the list of allowed apps.

Sorry it took so long to reply to you guys. We have just moved cities so I was offline for a few weeks.
